About the Project
The project aims to design and implement a flexible Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) model for the development of the Norte Inspira Project.
The Norte Inspira initiative seeks to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable communities in northern Chile by promoting sustainable development driven by the communities themselves. To this end, it addresses structural challenges such as low trust among stakeholders and the fragmentation of public and private investments, which have limited the impact in areas with high levels of multidimensional poverty. The project, designed to run for five years, combines the strengthening of local economies, the protection of cultural heritage, and the enhancement of climate resilience, using a participatory, inclusive, and gender-sensitive approach.
