INCATA: Linked Farms and Enterprises for Inclusive Agricultural Transformation in Africa and Asia
INCATA is an innovative project designed to study the relationship between cSPP and MSME in the hidden middle of agrifood value chains, to explain how it underpins and contributes to an inclusive agricultural transformation.

El proyecto se ejecutará durante los próximos dos años. Además de Rimisp, entre los socios se encuentran la Universidad Estatal de Michigan (Estados Unidos); la Oficina para Asia Meridional del Instituto Internacional de Investigación sobre Políticas Alimentarias; y el Tegemeo Institute of Agricultural Policy and Development de la Universidad de Egerton (Kenia). Rimisp – Centro Latinoamericano para el Desarrollo Rural ha sido seleccionado como beneficiario principal y será responsable de la coordinación general de esta iniciativa.
Rimisp will participate in a research project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, focused on Africa and India
The project will be implemented over the next two years. Besides Rimisp, project partners include Michigan State University (USA); the South Asia Office of the International Food Policy Research Institute; and the Tegemeo Institute of Agricultural Policy and Development, Egerton University (Kenya). Rimisp has been selected as the lead grantee and will be responsible for the overall coordination of this initiative.
