Training program: Leadership and community promotion

About the project

The project seeks to design and develop a training plan for community leaders in the city of Arica, Chile, with the aim of strengthening their leadership and territorial advocacy capabilities by rescuing local trust links and community participation. Initiative promoted together with the UN Agency for Refugees, UNHCR.

The objective is to strengthen the capacities of leaders and/or community leaders through the delivery of tools, competencies and social skills to recognize and enhance their organizational capacity, fostering the creation of bonds of trust and community participation.
