This document is the result of the project ‘Evaluation of...
The project consists of an evaluation of the results of the Digital Route 2021 experience, implemented by the Foundation for the Promotion and Development of Women (PRODEMU) between February and December 2021, with the aim of improving the quality of participation of users of the Rural Women’s Programme, closing the digital connectivity gap between those who do and do not have a smartphone and internet connection. The evaluation combines qualitative and quantitative methodologies. As a product of the evaluation, recommendations will be formulated for the potential continuity of the experience, as well as for the adoption of similar strategies by other programmes working with the rural poor at national and sub-national levels. The results and recommendations will be distributed through graphic and audiovisual material and the project will end with a seminar with 100 participants.
