About the project

The project seeks to support Chile in its decentralisation process and the strengthening of fiscal, political and administrative institutions to promote multilevel governance and intergovernmental relations in order to reduce territorial gaps at subnational level.

The objective of the project is to carry out a diagnosis of the Regional Governments (GOREs), identifying gaps and training needs, and to develop a Training Plan. In addition, to support the Dipres (Chile’s Budget Office) in the elaboration of a results-based lending project, through the construction of a results matrix.

This project is implemented thanks to CAF – Development Bank of Latin America.
