About the project
The consultancy consisted of developing a monitoring system and a communications plan for the Country-Level Policy Engagement (CLPE) strategy of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
In order to develop the monitoring model for the implementation of the institutional strategy, documents, instruments and case studies associated with IFAD’s Country-Level Policy Engagement (CLPE) activities in nine Latin American countries were analysed.
In addition, a strategic digital plan was developed and implemented to circulate and publicise IFAD’s CLPE experiences, focusing mainly on the cases of Peru, Bolivia, Colombia and Mexico. As part of the consultancy, infographics, videos, podcasts, among others, were produced.
