Los autores de este Análisis de Coyuntura, María José Castillo investigadora  junto a  Marisol Galicia y Francisco Castellanos, ambos asistentes de investigación de Rimisp, nos presentan en este estudio como la pandemia del COVID-19 ha puesto en riesgo la seguridad alimentaria a nivel mundial, especialmente en términos de disponibilidad y de acceso, tanto físico como económico, a los alimentos.
