In the following a summary is presented of the results of the impact evaluation of the programa proyectos productivos (ppp), of the land restitution unit (spanish acronym urt). This summary includes both quantitative
and qualitative components, as well as an institutional
analysis that explores the institutional architecture of
this and other related programmes, with respect to the
support offered to victims of colombia ́s armed conflict.

The document describes the analysed programme
together with the theory of change that sustains it.
In addition, it presents the main results of the impact evaluation and the institutional analysis, which support the suggestions to improve the potential for coordination between the project and the entire
support offer aimed at displaced households. At the end of this document there is a technical sheet detailing the methodological aspects of the study.
