400;\">The <\/span><b>main event was a community expofair<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in which Rimisp researchers Rafael Lindemann and Tatiana Aguirre presented the results and lessons learned from the project to the communities.  <\/span><b>The event was attended by close to 100 people and took place in Cesder&#8217;s main hall in Zautla, Puebla.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span> <\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;It has been very enriching to share the results of the project with the communities to hear what resonates with them, as well as their vision of the processes carried out. For us, it is very important to make these instances of devolution to the territories that allow us to give a symbolic closure to the work of three years together with our partners of Cesder&#8221;.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">said Tatiana Aguirre, Rimisp researcher. <\/span> <\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another highlight of the day was the presentation of diplomas to V\u00edctor Lobato and Mariana L\u00f3pez who participated in the three cycles of workshops for agroecological dynamizers. The objective of this initiative was to strengthen leadership and empowerment skills in young people who aspire to become dynamizers in their territories. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>Visits to communities of Ixtacamaxtitl\u00e1n and Zautla<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rimisp researchers, together with Rimisp&#8217;s community-based team from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cesder-prodes.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Cesder&#8217;s community team<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>also conducted field visits to communities in Ixtacamaxtitl\u00e1n and Zautla.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. During the tour, they observed in the field the vegetable production systems in Xopanaco, the water catchment and dry bath systems in El Mirador, and the knowledge exchange experiences with the communities of Santa In\u00e9s Morelos and Tecoltemic.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prior to this visit to Mexico, the project carried out closing activities with local partners in Guatemala and Bolivia. In Guatemala, together with Sank and Mayan Q\u2019eqchi\u2019 communities in the department of Alta Verapaz,  <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/rimisp.org\/en\/guatemala-building-bridges-between-ancestral-knowledge-and-public-policies\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rimisp accompanied community representatives in several meetings with the national government.<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In the case of Bolivia, Rimisp and Prosuco organized the  <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/rimisp.org\/en\/successful-1st-agroecological-productive-and-healthy-food-fair-in-torotoro-bolivia\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1st Agroecological Productive and Healthy Food Fair in Torotoro<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Networks for Agri-Food Transformation project, supported by <a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/idrc-crdi.ca\/es\">Canada&#8217;s International Development Research Center (IDRC)<\/a> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was aimed at contributing
