institutions to promote multilevel governance and intergovernmental relations in order to reduce territorial gaps at subnational level.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the project is to carry out a diagnosis of the Regional Governments (GOREs), identifying gaps and training needs, and to develop a Training Plan. In addition, to support the <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dipres.gob.cl\/598\/w3-channel.html\">Dipres<\/a><\/span> (Chile&#8217;s Budget Office) in the elaboration of a results-based lending project, through the construction of a results matrix. <\/p>\n<p>This project is implemented thanks to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.caf.com\/\"><span
