Se identifica una asociaci\u00f3n entre esta tendencia y la aparici\u00f3n continua de conflictos que se pueden clasificar seg\u00fan su relaci\u00f3n con la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas de erradicaci\u00f3n, la ejecuci\u00f3n de programas de Desarrollo Alternativo y, m\u00e1s recientemente, la expansi\u00f3n de cultivos il\u00edcitos en \u00e1reas sensibles como \u00c1reas Naturales de Protecci\u00f3n y Comunidades Ind\u00edgenas Amaz\u00f3nicas. Its objective is to systematize the available information on the situation of these crops and their recent territorial disaggregation. An association is identified between this trend and the continuous emergence of conflicts that can be classified according to their relationship with the implementation of eradication policies, the execution of Alternative Development programs and, more recently, the expansion of illicit crops in sensitive areas such as Natural Protection Areas and Amazonian Indigenous Communities. In general, the State&#8217;s inability to achieve sustainable results in these areas has weakened its legitimacy in the territories where these crops are grown, keeping conflicts in a latent state. Finally, the report presents eleven recommendations addressed to professionals of institutions related to the control of illicit coca crops.
